Erase the phone from its buttons and it can only be set up again by us. It never turns back into an unfiltered phone.
App installs, app stores, unknown files and extra users are all blocked.
The phone checks its own protection every few hours and at every restart, and repairs anything that changed.
Only FrumFone holds your phone's service code, so changes go through us — never through a setting someone found online.
Hidden apps, photos and contacts stay on the phone. We can restore anything, or release the phone completely.

No. Apps you don't choose are hidden, together with their notifications. Your photos, contacts and messages stay on the phone, and we can bring any app back later.
Of course. Email us at support@frumfone.com and we’ll update your phone with its service code. The code stays with us — that’s exactly what keeps the phone protected.
Emergency calling always works. If you choose a phone without the Phone app, emergency calls are made from the lock screen’s Emergency call button, which appears once the phone has a screen lock.
Yes, if you choose it. Since new installs are locked, WhatsApp doesn’t update by itself — it needs a quick update every few months, which we take care of in a minute.
On Android 10 and newer, everything goes through a family filter that blocks adult sites and forces SafeSearch. Older phones can't be filtered, so we recommend no internet apps on them.
Settings that could undo the protection are locked — factory reset from Settings, safe mode, computer access. A full erase using the phone's buttons is physically possible on any Android phone, but with reset protection the erased phone can only be set up again by us. (Reset protection needs Google Play services, which most Android phones have.)
It takes about two minutes, and every step can be undone.
